GibbsCAM Technical Phone Support
Maintenance subscribers are treated as preferred customers. Unlimited access to the Technical Support phone lines (1-800-654-9399) are available from 5:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Priority is given the Maintenance Customers when returning email or phone calls and providing assistance on problem files.
GibbsCAM Email Response
Send an email to support@GibbsCAM.com with a description of the problem and a copy of the problem file attached, or just to renew your online username and password.
DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSIONS OF GIBBS SOFTWARE
Gibbs makes the latest version of all GibbsCAM software and modules instantly available to Maintenance customers from the support section of the GibbsCAM website at www.GibbsCAM.com. Interim versions with bug fixes are available between major releases and are also placed on the GibbsCAM website.
Maintenance customers can request login access to this password secured area of the GibbsCAM website from support@GibbsCAM.com. Once logged in, you can download the latest versions of all GibbsCAM software modules and options that you have previously purchased.
