Autodesk Certifies 32-bit and 64-bit GibbsCAM for Autodesk Inventor 2012

Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM software for programming CNC machine tools and a Cimatron (Nasdaq: CIMT) company, announced today that its latest release of GibbsCAM, in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, has been certified for Autodesk Inventor 2012 3D mechanical design software under the Autodesk Inventor Certified Applications Program. Digital Prototyping with Autodesk Inventor software gives manufacturers the ability to digitally design, visualize and simulate how a product will work under real world conditions before it is built, which helps reduce cost and increase efficiency. Certification demonstrates that the product is of high quality and up to date, and that it provides the highest level of interoperability with Autodesk Inventor software.
Gibbs and Associates Grants over $500,000 in Software and Services to Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)

Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM software for programming CNC machine tools and a Cimatron company, today announced that it has granted Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) a network license of twenty-five seats of GibbsCAM software and post processor library, which, when combined with first year maintenance, which was also granted, is valued at almost $510,000.
GibbsCAM to be Featured at Haas Open House, HaasTec 2011

Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM software for programming CNC machine tools and a Cimatron company, today announced its participation at HaasTec 2011, the Haas Open House, in support of machine-tool builder Haas Automation. GibbsCAM supports the vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, lathes, new multi-task machines, and 5-axis rotary tables and indexers that Haas manufactures. Easy-to-use CNC programming features include programming for 5-axis simultaneous machining, tombstone management, multi-task machining (MTM), toolpath verification, machine simulation and post processors. Haas will hold the HaasTec 2011 Open House at its manufacturing and headquarters facility at 2800 Sturgis Road, in Oxnard, California. The event will run daily, 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., from March 10-12, 2011.
